These terms govern access to the CreditNY website and affiliate referral portal. They are a starting draft and should be reviewed before publication.

Authorized access

The affiliate portal is intended only for affiliates approved by CreditNY. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Referral submissions

Affiliates must have appropriate permission before sharing another person's information. Submissions must be accurate, lawful, and relevant to the referral process. Affiliates must not upload unnecessary sensitive information.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, misuse the portal, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent referrals, or violate applicable laws.

Referral compensation

Any referral compensation, eligibility, timing, and approval requirements are governed by a separate written affiliate agreement, if one exists. Use of the portal alone does not guarantee payment or establish a compensation rate.

Availability and changes

CreditNY may update or suspend portal features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. CreditNY may restrict access when necessary to protect the service or enforce these terms.
